    Hello,

Please check if the issue persists with default WordPress theme. Also, try to set permissions to 777 for your uploads folder in wp-content directory.

    Regards

Everything is working except this. I can include the same image in the post and it will appear as it should. The only problem is with this banner which I’d like to use. Uploads folder is set to 777.

Thank you! May I ask how did you uploaded the png image? I’ll definatelly ask them too about that problem, but I’d be really appreciated if you can give me some hint how did you managed to do it.

Thank you one more time and best regards.

Should I always try to upload images in .png instead of .jpg to avoid this particular problem?

    Hello,

You should not use png instead of jpg. It’s different formats of image and you can google about difference between them and when you should use one and when another. We meant that problem appears with jpg images only. Could you, please, try default VC element image and check if this issue appears with default element or with our element only. If problem persists even with default Image element then enable default WP theme – Twenty Seventeen for example and check again: problem persists even with default theme or with our theme only.

In case issue appears with our theme only and with our element only then provide admin panel and FTP access to your site.

    Regards
