Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
1/ To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://fex.net/ , and provide us with the URL.
2/ Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
Warm Regards,
The 8Theme Team
Do XStore sliders, product carousels, and Elementor widgets rely on immediate JS execution? Delay JS prevent them from initializing on first load?
Hello @Plethora,
Thank you for reaching out.
Our Elementor widgets are developed following the architecture recommended in the official Elementor documentation. Additionally, the slider-based widgets utilize Elementor’s built-in Swiper JS handler, ensuring they function similarly to Elementor’s default slider widgets.
If you are looking for more in-depth information regarding Elementor’s JavaScript handlers, we recommend posting your query on the official Elementor forum, where their team can provide detailed insights into their code and scripts.
Furthermore, to improve loading performance, you may consider adding the following file to your exclusions list:
/wp-content/themes/xstore/js/elementor-all-widgets.min.js
This file contains combined script files, and excluding it can help prevent the loading of unnecessary scripts, thereby enhancing page speed.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
I added it, but this did not solve the issue.

Did you manage to check the issue from your end? Excluding the path can not solve the issue?
Dear @Plethora,
We kindly suggest trying the following exclusion:
/wp-content/themes/xstore/js/(.*).js
We hope this proves helpful.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
we are already excluding this from minify js files
we are also using load js deferred. Should I exclude this from there?
its affecting the brand crousal as well.
Dear @Plethora,

This is making the website load time very slow
Dear @Plethora,
Please note that website speed optimization falls outside the scope of the standard support services we provide.
However, to assist you, we have compiled a list of JavaScript files associated with the XStore theme and the ET Core plugin. You may exclude these files as needed:
XStore:
- /xstore/js/elementor-all-widgets.min.js
- /xstore/js/general-all.min.js
- /xstore/js/modules/swiper.min.js
- /xstore/js/woocommerce-all-scripts.min.js
ET Core:
- /et-core-plugin/packages/xstore-wishlist/assets/js/script.min.js
- /et-core-plugin/packages/xstore-compare/assets/js/script.min.js
- /et-core-plugin/packages/xstore-waitlist/assets/js/script.min.js
- /et-core-plugin/packages/st-woo-swatches/public/js/frontend-script.min.js
- /et-core-plugin/packages/sales-booster/assets/js/scripts.min.js
We hope this information is helpful. Should you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.
