Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The category pages you mentioned inherit content from the shop page https://prnt.sc/SPB7V0zd6DGb
Please read this topic – https://www.8theme.com/topic/how-can-i-display-different-banner-for-different-product-category-page/#post-448268

hi
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You need to clear the cache to see the result https://prnt.sc/xmu2o_dL-Kr5
Custom page heading image for this category, this is not what you need.
We suggest creating a static block https://prnt.sc/WunPVlg62S9l with your desired content and then adding its shortcode to the category description https://prnt.sc/O89aJ_yKPgFa
We have noticed that the category description content is not being saved on your website. This issue may be caused by a third-party plugin. Please try disabling any third-party plugins and check if the problem persists.
If the issue is not resolved, kindly provide us with FTP access so that we can investigate the problem in more detail.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Dear @Naveen Kumar,
We hope this message finds you well.
We have reviewed the settings for the “Gemstone” category and can confirm that the heading image is correctly displayed on the frontend, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/LvY_c81ejUiE.
However, we noticed that no heading image has been set for the “Bracelets” category (refer to: https://prnt.sc/0Y9s1UAmx3RL). As a result, the heading section appears empty on the frontend: https://prnt.sc/UkO-pcjnv1tG.
Based on our investigation, we do not observe any bug related to this issue. If you believe there is a specific problem, we kindly ask you to provide more detailed information, including a video or step-by-step explanation, so that we can better understand and replicate the issue on our end.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hello @Naveen Kumar,
Thank you for reaching out.
Regarding the heading image on such pages, it is currently set to be covered by default. However, if you would like to adjust the size of the image, you have two options:
1. Increase the padding using the following custom CSS:
.page-heading {
padding-top: 100px;
padding-bottom: 100px;
}
2. Modify the background size of the image. You can refer to the documentation here: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/background-size. For example:
.page-heading {
background-size: contain;
}
For guidance on where to place custom CSS in your theme, please refer to our documentation:
https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/additional-customisation/optimal-placement-for-custom-css-code/
The layout of such pages can be configured in Theme Options -> WooCommerce -> Shop layout.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
