    The banners are not showing on the Home Page. Can you please let me know the reason.

    Hello,

    You’re using old theme and plugins versions. Please update them.

    You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
    enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

    I upgraded the theme and the plugins, yet the error still persists. any other suggestions?

    Hello

    The issue has been fixed. It was caused by the unclear image size instruction in Visual Composer banner settings:Enter image size. Example in pixels: 200x100 (Width x Height).. Image zise should be set as 200*110 using * symbol.
