    Hello

I am facing an issue with the banner (slider revolution 6) as the first visit to the website the banner is not loading full width as you can see in the attached image Number 1, after a minute the banner shows properly as in attached image number 2

the other issue I am facing is the menus, please check attached images 3 & 4
one menu is not loading at all and the other one is not displaying properly

this happened before and the issue related to the speed optimizer, and someone from your side suggested to disable the speed optimizer, is there a certain option in the speed optimizer that is causing this error? if so what is it? as i wish to disable that specific option and keep the others as without it the website is getting very slow to the point where we receive complains from few visitors

    Hello, @RoasGurus,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

1/ We are pleased to inform you that the issue you reported has been successfully resolved. Our team has disabled the “Stretch Section” option in the relevant section, which has addressed the concern you were experiencing.

For your reference, please see the attached image in private content area that illustrates the adjustment made.

2/ We are pleased to inform you that the issue you reported has been successfully resolved. Our team has disabled the ‘Menu Cache’, ‘Ajax Menu Dropdown’, and ‘Static Block Cache’ options located within the ‘Theme Options > Speed Optimization’ section of your website’s settings. This action has addressed the problem you were experiencing.

We recommend that you keep these options disabled while your site remains in development mode. Additionally, it would be prudent to deactivate any caching plugins to ensure that changes are reflected immediately on your site.

We trust that this solution will be beneficial to you. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
