I just just moved the website to our live server, and found a bug that cannot be fixed, on homepage banner I used to use image size setting to set the size of the banner displayed and it worked well on the testing server, however after moving to the new server the size just doesn’t work for both desk top and mobile, please see sreenshot attached.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Dear @kmc,

We’ve added some custom CSS codes to correct the size of banner images:

    Hi Luca,

thank you for helping, however the banners still not diplaying correctly on larger screens responsively.

I think css might not be the soltuion because it worked well on my testing server and only not working after moving to new server.

Thanks for working on this but it still not correct.

    1. on desktop the repsonsive scalling of the image on the right bottom is only on the width not height, thus the propotion go wrong when we scale smaller.

    2. on mobile we cannot set the height of the banners to be same.

We still need a way to set all these when we change the size of the images.

    Dear @kmc,

    1. We have reviewed the banner images on desktop, and they appear to display correctly when the screen is resized. If you are still experiencing issues, could you kindly share a video demonstrating the problem?

    2. Additionally, we have made the necessary corrections for the mobile version. Could you please check and confirm if everything is now displaying as expected?

    Dear @kmc,

    1. Achieving the requested result would require extensive customization, as all banner images are currently set to 100% width and height in order to align uniformly at the bottom.

    2. We have updated the custom CSS to improve the appearance of the banner images on mobile devices. You can view the changes here: https://prnt.sc/C5nJWwcgybRE.

    Hi,

it is still not working, please see attached images, the gap on the desktop is too big.

Also the image on mobile I need it in square,

I still think we should fix the bug which when I set the image size, the banner doesn’t change ont he shop front, (I can see the image size change in elementor and also in my previous server), we should not be doing this with css code.

I am not sure what went wrong, please help to investigate, otherwise we will have this problem later also.

    Dear @kmc,

We kindly ask that you exit the Elementor editor on the homepage so that our team can take a closer look and proceed with the necessary work.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

We hope this message finds you well.

We have updated the image height on the mobile version to 390px, as shown in the following screenshot for your reference:
