Banner is half cut in the mobile view while it is perfectly fine in the wordpress mobile preview

Dear Team,

The banner image in my portal gets half cut from the top in mobile view. However, there is no such problem visible in the mobile preview in Elementor.
Could you please help me resolve this issue? I have attached the screenshot from my mobile and also from Elementor

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

Dear Team,

Thanks for your support. The banner is getting cut only on iPhone devices, and the issue still persists. Can you check the website on an iPhone device (in Chrome and Safari) in normal and incognito mode?
