Banner Carousel Feature Issue in Elementor

So we use this “Banner Carousel” feature

We try to make this with the “Banner Carousel” feature

Then we found this issue:
1. When we use “Display Resolution at 100%”
The Images looks normal.

2. But when we use “Display Resolution at 150%” (Recommended res.)
We found an issue that the images become zoomed, and looks broken,

We consider this an issue because “150% Display Res” is the common default display resolution in our users laptops.

Hi, my team is asking, is it possible to do this diagnostic without creating the temporary access?Such as, is it possible if you tell us which specific pages/setting do you want us to check, then we can screenshot/video those that you wanted to see?

Is this doable? Please let us know
