Bank Details showing up 3 times on thank you order page

Hi, good day.

I need help on why is the “our bank details” showing up 3 times on the thank you order page and also on the notification email. Screenshot attached

We noticed that the bug is coming from a plugin installed, https://wordpress.org/plugins/dhl-for-woocommerce/.
