Background images on demo content won't change

I have installed the demo content of several options but each time I try and change the background image of rows it is completely non responsive. It does not let me remove or change the image and does not let me change any options.

This also happened with the landing pages so instead a created one from scratch.

Please advise. Thank you

I’ve checked row settings on your home page and haven’t seen any problems.
Options are editable.
Please show a direct page where you have issues and specify what options you want to modify.

Please see Empower Car hire Home and section “Why Choose Us?” In the row settings under background the options are over populated and I cannot change the image

Hello,

As I see the same issue persists with default WordPress theme Twenty Fifteen.
Try to create a new page and re-add the content from scratch.
