    Hi,
I just bought and installed WooPress and I am setting up the site. I was looking at examples of Woo* sites and came across one where the background is a responsive full page flood. And when you scroll down the page the backgrounds moves like video to the speed of your scrolling. I looked at the source and saw that they are using woocommerce for the site. Is this an effect that can be created with Woopress? Or is there an additional plugin I could buy to add this to my WooPress? or is this effect only available via woocommerce? Here is the web page demonstrating the effect.Click Here.

You will notice that as you scroll the content of the page scrolls up over the changing background image. I’m hoping to recreate that functionality and would like to know sooner than leter if I need to switch from Woopress to Woocommerce. Or is woocommerce I need in addition to Woopress?

    Thanks – Chris

    Hello,

WooCommerce is the plugin that allows you to sell products if you use WordPress site. Our theme – WooPress is WooCommerce compatible theme. But WooCommerce does not have effect 360 view of the product image that we saw on the site that you provided.

I suppose you need to look for the additional plugin, for example https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-360-image/ or similar and also make additional customization of the theme if you want to implement the same layout for the single product page as you sent us.

If you need help with additional customization you can contact WPKraken team because theme support does not include additional customization.

If you are looking for simple parallax effect for the simple page (not for the single product) then you can use Ultimate Add-ons plugin settings (plugin is included in our theme) for the row to implement this.

    Regards
