    Hello,

I’ve been working in a staging environment and I believe there is a conflict with:
XStore Core 5.4.14 and WPBakery Page Builder 8.4.1.

    Issue Summary:

    – In WPBakery (v8.4.1), content rows disappear in the backend editor when editing pages, although they display correctly on the frontend.

    – The issue consistently appears after the first use of the icon_box element within a layout.

    – This happens on all pages that use icon_box element

    Problem:
    – When the XStore theme + XStore Core plugin are active → rows disappear after icon_box in the backend (Edit Page).

    Investigation:

    – Deactivated all plugins except the absolute necessary plugins to render the site (Woocommerce, WP Bakery, XStore Core). If I deactivate Xstore Corse I lose icon_box but the rest of the rows show in the backend. See screenshots attached.

    – When switching to the Twenty Twenty-Five theme → all rows display normally.

    – I am using child theme and did switch to Xstore theme and performed the same tests with the same results.

    – Therefore, I believe the issue appears to originate from XStore Core plugin interfering with WPBakery’s backend rendering, specifically something to do with icon_box.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Go to home page
    2. Edit page

    Expected Results:
    – All WP Bakery rows appear and are editable.

    Actual Results:
    – WP Bakery rows after the first use of icon_box disappear in the backend editor when editing pages.

    Notes:

    – Issue can be seen on https://www.staging14.legendarycanine.com/ and https://www.staging14.legendarycanine.com/about-us/. These are the only two pages using (icon_box).

    – All patches have been applied (Xstore>Patcher)
    – Woocommerce: 9.9.3 (latest version)
    – WordPress: 6.8.1 (latest version)
    – No caching being used.
    – Browser, host and CDN caches were clear for testing.

    Uploads:
    – Screenshots (XstoreCore_Activated, XstoreCore_Deactivated).

    Credentials:
    – Uploaded to private content area.
