  Hi. I do not see the back top button on my mobile device when the resolution drops below 480px above this value there are no problems because it is visible http://prntscr.com/dq9uc2 in the Theme Options the buttons are on http: // Prntscr.com/dq9v2q
  Something I do not do well because in the demo xstore / bike if http://prntscr.com/dq9vhb appears
  I need help.

  Hello,

  Try to place the following CSS fix for mobile devices only in custom CSS section of Theme Options

  .back-top {
      display: block!important;
  }
