Back end of website is frozen, unable to edit products

Hello I have a serious problem

the Back end of the website is frozen, unable to edit products.

The site is http://www.bebesjulia.com

my client is unable to edit the product details, the variables etc do not work, it seems that the whole backend is frozen.

i have recently updated to your newest version and all other plugins are up to date.

I have also another ticket open for two weeks with no response..

please can you help with this problem.

Hello was not referring to the description.

i was talking about the variables in the prodcuts section.
where you add the SKU and the product images for variables and prices.

try to edit a variable. ?? this is what i have asked.

i have taken a screen shot of the ¡section that does not work:

this part does not work when trying to click on any section

Please try to disable third-party plugins one by one, some of them caused issue.

CodeStyling Localization
Google Analytics
WooCommerce Geolocation Based Products
WP Smush
Yoast SEO

are you saying that it is Woocommerce, which your theme is built around, or WPML that works with miost compliant themes. or ultimate addons etc?

still it is not working?

Hello,

The same issue persists with default WordPress theme too (activate Twenty Fifteen theme and check), so this problem isn’t related to our theme.
When WPML plugins are disabled those options work properly. In this case you have to contact WPML support to investigate this problem.

Hi, I had the same. It has to do with Visual Composer. If you switch that of then it works. WPML is working on it.

yeah it seems that there are lots of problems with Visual composer and many themes at present,
I have contacted WPML again. +

Looks like its a wait for them to solve this problem.
