Ayuda con problema en el filtro de categoría

    Al ingresar a la página de todas los productos, el filtro no funciona, por ejemplo aparece muy pocas categorías en donde deberían aparecer todas.

    Te adjunto la imagen para que puedas observar.

    Cómo segunda imagen también te adjunto por ejemplo la categoría de perfumería en donde no aparece y aparece la de liquidaciones.

    It is possible that the cause of this is related to cached data.

    We kindly recommend clearing the cache after making changes to products and categories. This includes clearing WooCommerce-related caches, which can be found in the following section:

    WooCommerce > Status > Tools

    Please ensure you clear the following fields:
    – WooCommerce transients
    – Expired transients
    – Term counts
    – Brands transients

    Good morning, thank you very much for your response. I have already completed the entire process, but it still doesn’t work.

    I believe it would be much faster if you access the system directly — I’ve already provided the login credentials. That’s the reason we purchased a subscription, and I don’t understand why this isn’t being handled accordingly.

    I kindly ask you to provide the proper support, as I followed all your instructions and the issue still persists.

    Friends, I’m not sure if perhaps you didn’t read what I wrote, and I don’t understand why you’re asking me for a video when the issue is already very clear. In any case, I’m sending it to you, but I truly believe no further proof is necessary to show that not all categories are loading.

    I don’t know if a different person is assisting me now, because in the first message it was clear that the issue was understood — and now you’re asking for a video, which I don’t get.

    You already have the credentials, I’ve provided screenshots, photos, and now even a video showing the situation. So I kindly ask you to please help me resolve the issue.
