    hola, cordial saludo, quería saber si me pueden ayudar por favor, ya que al agregar producto nuevo o hay productos que no aparecen en la barra de búsqueda, de ajax. Como si el producto no existiera, pero si el producto sí existe, quería saber si me puedes ayudar a saber cuál es el plugging que se utiliza para reindexar los productos

    We understand that you are experiencing an issue where newly added products or certain existing products are not appearing in the AJAX search bar, even though the products do exist. We will be happy to assist you with this.

    In most cases, this issue may be related to the indexing or caching of your website.

    We kindly recommend clearing the cache after making changes to products and categories. This includes clearing WooCommerce-related caches, which can be found in the following section:

    WooCommerce > Status > Tools

    Please ensure you clear the following fields:
    – WooCommerce transients
    – Expired transients
    – Term counts
    – Brands transients

    Additionally, please ensure that your product visibility settings are correctly configured and that the products are published and in stock.

    We also suggest clearing your website and browser cache after making any changes to ensure the updates are reflected correctly.

    Hola amigo, ya realicé todo el proceso que usted me indicó paso a paso, pero sigue igual no indexa todos los productos, al buscar productos no aparecen todos y si están disponible. Por favor ayudarme

    However, I’d like to express my concern that, at times, the support process seems unnecessarily complicated. This is not the first time I’ve needed help, and despite explaining the issue clearly in my initial message, I’m now being asked for a video about something I had already described.

    As a licensed user, I expect to receive reliable technical support. In previous cases, I’ve had to find the solution on my own, which should not be the standard experience. I truly hope this is not the case this time.

    Good morning. But how? What configuration do you want to see? I don’t understand. Please be specific. I don’t want to waste time. My time is valuable. I don’t want to waste it. I tried to make the video as clear as possible, showing where I delete the transient files from WooCommerce, etc. Be specific. I still invite you to visit my website and see that the categories don’t appear. I made that clear in the video. Only three categories appear.

    additionally as you can see on the Shop page/ the categories do not appear in the video if I show you the categories, I do not understand what it is that you cannot see.

    Listo te adjunto el problema.
    Te adjunto dos capturas de pantalla una podrás ver que filtrar por categoría por medio de tema no está funcionando y si habilitó filtrar por categoría de WooCommerce si aparece.

    Ya realicé todos los ajustes que podía hacer porque caché y hice todo lo que estaba me alcance pero no es posible.
