Hi
pls note we add scrolling text with some texts we found only first text come and fixed even we setup time interval between slide how make text auto scrolling
also we add slider revolution in column how we can move it up as per image

Hello,

1/ Check if it can work fine on an empty page with this element only.
Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
Let us know the results.
2/ Row settings > change Content position to Top https://prnt.sc/T4hYIcq_5cLQ

Have you tried to disable 3rd party plugin?
“what is recommended cache plugin to use with Xstore” – do you mean cache plugin you used caused the problem or is it a separate independent question?
