    Hello XStore Support,
I need your assistance with importing the Electronic Mega Market demo.
The demo import process always completes successfully and reaches 100% without showing any errors. However, after the import is finished, the website is incomplete. The homepage is missing several sections, some images are not imported, and the demo does not match the original layout.
I have already tried the following:
    Disabled all non-required plugins.
    Cleared all caches.
    Re-imported the demo multiple times.
Verified that my server meets the recommended requirements.
Unfortunately, the result is always the same.
My website is a live production website with active products, customers, and orders.
Please do NOT delete, reset, or modify any of my existing data, products, customers, or orders.
I only need your help to successfully import the “Electronic Mega Market” demo completely, including all required templates, static blocks, images, global elements, and homepage sections, exactly as it appears in the original demo.
Once the demo is imported correctly, I will handle all customization myself.
Please let me know when the demo has been imported successfully so I can start customizing the website.
Thank you very much for your assistance. I appreciate your help.

    Hello, elmas dental,

As you are importing demo data into a website that already contains content, the appearance of the imported pages may differ from the demo version. This happens because WordPress operates based on an ID system. If an image, product, or category with a certain ID already exists before the import, the newly imported data will be assigned new IDs. However, the demo pages are linked to the original demo IDs. Therefore, after the import, some images, products, or categories may not match correctly. Unfortunately, this issue can only be resolved manually by reassigning the necessary data to the appropriate elements.

    Best regards,

    Thank you for your explanation.
I understand that importing the demo into an existing website may cause ID differences.
However, my website is already live and contains important products, categories, customers, and orders, so I cannot delete or reset my existing content.
Could you please advise on the recommended and supported way to import the Electronic Mega Market demo into an existing WooCommerce website without affecting the current data?
Is there an official method, tool, or procedure recommended by XStore for this situation?
I would appreciate your guidance on the best solution.
    Thank you.

I understand your explanation regarding ID differences when importing a demo into an existing website.
However, I need a practical solution.
My website is already live with real products, customers, and orders, so deleting or resetting the existing content is not an option.
The Electronic Mega Market demo is imported, but some images, the logo, banners, and several elements are not linked correctly after the import.
Could you please tell me the official XStore recommended solution for this situation?
Is there a way to correctly relink the imported demo elements on an existing website without deleting my current data?
This issue is urgent because I cannot start customizing my website until the demo is imported and linked correctly.
I would really appreciate your guidance.
    Thank you

Unfortunately, the only available option in this case is to manually reassign the images for categories, logos, and similar items.
