Dear Sir,

Good day to you!

I’ve created services as products on my website, for example: WordPress Development, which includes variations like Starter, Professional, and Premium.

What I want to achieve is:

When a user clicks Add to Cart, and proceeds to Checkout,
They should be able to select the number of months (e.g., 1, 3, 6, or 12 months),
And the total price should automatically be calculated by multiplying the selected package price by the number of selected months.

Could you please guide me on how to achieve this functionality in XStore?

Dear @Khurram Virk,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We understand that you would like users to be able to select the number of months (e.g., 1, 3, 6, or 12 months) when they add a product to the cart and proceed to checkout, with the total price being automatically calculated based on the selected duration.

Please note that this feature is not currently available in our XStore theme by default. However, as a workaround, we recommend creating a new product attribute named “Month(s)” and adding the following values: 1, 3, 6, 9, and 12. Once created, you can assign this attribute to your variable product to allow customers to choose the desired subscription duration.

If you would like our assistance in setting up this attribute, please let us know and we will be happy to help.
