    Hi XStore Support Team,

I’m using the XStore theme on our WooCommerce site (https://regencycigar.com) along with the WooCommerce Auctions Pro plugin. While the auction functionality is set up and cron jobs are active, the input bar for placing a bid (bidding amount field) is not showing on the product page.

It appears to be a theme compatibility issue—similar to a previous issue we encountered with another plugin where a key input field wasn’t visible due to theme conflicts.

Could you please advise how to make the bidding input bar appear properly on the product pages? If there’s a template override or setting adjustment needed within XStore, we’d really appreciate your guidance.

Thank you in advance for your help!

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Dear @regencycigaremporium,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you that the Bid element has been successfully added below the “Add to Cart” section on the Single Product Builder template.

You can view the updated layout at the following link: https://tinyurl.com/yph6pzzj

Kindly take a moment to review the changes at your convenience.

Please note that users are required to complete all billing information before placing a bid.

Should you have any questions or require further assistance, feel free to reach out.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hi XStore Support Team,

Thank you for your update and for adding the Bid element below the “Add to Cart” section using the Single Product Builder. I’ve reviewed the changes, and everything appears to be in place from the backend.

However, we’re still experiencing an issue: the bidding input bar (bidding amount field) only shows up when logged in as an admin. When visiting the auction product page as a guest or regular user (even after completing billing info), the bid form does not appear at all.

    Could you please check if:

There’s a visibility setting or condition in the Single Product Builder that restricts the bid form to admin roles?

Any user role or permission settings in the theme or template might be preventing non-admins from seeing the form?

Any additional steps are required to display the bidding form to regular users once their billing details are completed?

We appreciate your continued assistance in resolving this compatibility issue with WooCommerce Auctions Pro and look forward to your guidance.
