After the mobile version of the amp plug-in is set up, when the article page or the product page of the woocommerce mall is opened on the mobile phone, the picture in the article will be deformed and the picture will be elongated. How should this situation be modified so that it can be displayed normally?

    Hello, @duokong,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

We are currently experiencing difficulty accessing your website. It appears that there is a restriction in place, which is preventing us from viewing the site. For your reference, here is a screenshot of the error message we are encountering: https://imgur.com/eezxvB2

Please record a video of the problem for a better understanding. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you could create temporary wp-admin access and share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand and help you.

We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello, @duokong,

    Thank you for your response.

1/ We are writing to express our gratitude for providing us with the wp-admin access to your website. Upon review, we have observed that you are currently utilizing the most recent version of the XStore core plugin. However, it has come to our attention that the XStore theme itself has not been updated to match.

For seamless functionality and to prevent any potential issues, it is imperative that both the theme and the core plugin are maintained at their latest versions. We kindly request that you proceed with updating the XStore theme to the latest version, 9.2.9, to ensure optimal performance of your site.

You can find detailed instructions for updating the theme at the following link: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update

2/ Do you mean these images https://imgur.com/BqlyNhl & https://imgur.com/bkP4ykl deformed?

If yes, then please let us know what exactly you want or your desired goal so that we will check it for you and help you.

3/ We kindly request that you investigate a concern regarding the deactivation of the XStore AMP plugin on your website. Specifically, we are interested in understanding how images are displayed on mobile devices without the AMP functionality.

Once you have reviewed this, we would greatly appreciate it if you could inform us of your findings.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Best regards,

I have upgraded the theme to the latest version 9.2.9, but the pictures in the articles are still deformed. It seems that the amp plug-in separately calls a certain article page template. I put the screenshot of the web page in a private file.
