    Hello,

Provide URL and temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

Static blocks can’t be displayed correctly in the mobile menu.
Create a new menu via Appearance > Menus, without static blocks – https://youtu.be/OnxkixHtVLI then select it in Theme Options > Header builder > Mobile menu.

    Hello,

Point is that the mobile menu does not work correctly with the Static Block elements and we can’t support the styling of all the possible content that customers could add to the block.
Do you want to show the static block there just because of images that you have there?

    Regards

    Hello,

You can create Custom Link menu item and upload image to show it in the mobile menu.
    For example https://prnt.sc/10dr34z
