    Hello,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

    1/ Update theme and Core plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/

    2/ We suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again.
    Do the same test for the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

    Let us know the results.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hi, with the parent theme it work fine… I’ve delete all custom come into functions.php (child theme)

    add_action( ‘wp_enqueue_scripts’, ‘theme_enqueue_styles’, 1001 );
    function theme_enqueue_styles() {
    if (function_exists(‘etheme_child_styles’)){
    etheme_child_styles();
    }
    }

    and rename the woocommerce folder (xstore-child/_woocommerce) but the error remain…

    What are the other points where I can intervene to try to understand the problem?

    Thanks

    Hello @M,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    To assist in identifying the issue, we kindly recommend activating the default Storefront theme and deactivating all plugins except for WooCommerce. This will help perform a clear test environment.

    If the issue persists under this configuration, it is likely not related to our theme, and we suggest contacting the WooCommerce support team for further assistance.

    However, if the issue does not occur in this setup, please provide us with temporary FTP access. This will allow our team to investigate the matter more thoroughly and work towards a suitable solution.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Hello @M,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have activated the Storefront theme and kept only the WooCommerce plugin enabled. However, the issue persists, and the same incorrect number of products is still being displayed, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/lKgPTCnK1FDX.

    Based on this, it appears that the issue is not related to our theme. We recommend reviewing the relevant settings within WooCommerce, as the configuration may need to be adjusted there.

    Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,
