Dear @Sega,

We kindly recommend that you temporarily deactivate all third-party plugins that are not included with the XStore theme. You can find the list of officially supported plugins here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/.

Once you have deactivated the additional plugins, please clear your browser cache and check if the issue persists. It is possible that one of the third-party plugins is causing the problem.

If the issue continues, we suggest switching to the Parent theme, especially if you are currently using a Child theme. After switching, please clear the cache once more and test the site again.

Please let us know the outcome so we can assist you further if needed.

Hello! I tried. Plugins is not the case.
Still bugging, and xstore filters loading slowly, you can see the difference between standart woocommerce filter and xstore filters on shop page. parent theme have the same bug. pls help 🙂
