    Hello,

    I hope you’re doing well.
I’m currently working on customizing my website using your theme, and I would like to apply the “Poppins” font consistently across the entire site, including all headings, paragraphs, and any other text elements.

I tried adjusting the typography settings, but I want to ensure that this font is applied globally and correctly, without affecting the layout or existing design elements.

Could you please assist me with:

Setting “Poppins” as the default font for the entire website

Making sure all existing and future content uses this font automatically

If possible, I would appreciate it if your team could apply the change for me directly.

Thank you very much for your support

    Hello,

Unfortunately, we were unable to log in using the credentials you provided.

To apply the “Poppins” font globally across your entire site—including all headings, paragraphs, and other text elements—you can follow these steps:
    – Navigate to Theme Options > Typography and verify that the font settings are properly configured for each element (e.g., body text, headings, etc.). These settings apply globally across the site for content that is not managed by Elementor. Please note that the theme allows you to choose whether or not to use Elementor for specific content.
    – Go to Elementor Settings > Global Fonts to review and adjust the global font settings. You can find more information here: https://elementor.com/help/view-and-edit-global-fonts/
    – Regarding the content on pages, please note that each element may have its own local typography settings, which take precedence over the global settings. When a new element is added to the page, it inherits the global font settings by default, unless a different font is selected locally.

    Best regards,

    Hello,

We apologize for the delay in our response due to the weekend.

We have reviewed the global settings and can confirm that the Poppins font has been selected. Therefore, any discrepancies in font appearance are likely due to local settings applied to individual elements.

To ensure consistency, we kindly recommend reviewing each page created with Elementor and updating any elements where a different font is used, replacing it with Poppins as needed. For example – https://prnt.sc/zTumAPq07i45 > https://prnt.sc/RQuj7XJeP4nO and so on.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
