Apple Pay and Google Pay not showing up on checkout page

I used to have this set up on all my sites. I am building a new one and noticed it does not function anymore. I decided to look at all my old sites and it is gone from there as well. Any idea what is causing this? I read in another forum that an optimizer tool did so I disabled Siteground Speed Optimizer but it did not help.
