    Hi,

    I do not know why but apart from the opening side the other sides are not responsive, cannot be used on mobile phones. Could you check the problem?
    Data for administration is in the hidden content!

    Furthermore I tried this css to make a botom line for the custom info block below the header:
    .custom-info-block {
    border-top: 2px solid #A9A9A9;
    border-bottom: 2px solid #A9A9A9;
    }
    Unfortunately if I use this code the bottom line in the prefooter row doubled in the center and right side. Can you take a look at to this please as well?

    Thank you in advance.

    Fedor

    Hi,

    Easier if you check my page on the url I put before in the hidden content. Right over the image slider there is the custom-info-block (with three links) but it has no line in the bottom.
    If I put in the css I wrote there will be a bottomline there. But at the same time the bottom line in the prefooter row is partly doubled.

    Regarding the problem on mobile I cannot make screenshot. Just go on my page with mobile. The opening side is OK, but if you go to a subpage you will see that there is no mobile menu available and the page is not responsive.

    I hope we can make it without screenshot.

    Thank you.

    Fedor

    Hi,

    I red in the forum that there were many issues with Legenda 2.4 and WooCommerce 2.2.x.

    To not to have any problem I kept myself from updating yet, so I have Legenda 2.3 and WooCommerce 2.1.12. Also Robert Hall sent me a message it is better to wait till the next update of Legenda -it was on September 16.

    So, do you have a newer Legenda theme and all the WooCommerce issues solved already?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    After Legenda 2.4 we’ve released 2.4.1 version, where some bugs with Woocommerce 2.2.4 have been fixed. So please update your theme to the latest 2.4.1 version.
    Also create a back up of your site and database before update.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi,

    I updated to 2.4.1 and I have the updated WooCommerce as well.

    The problem is still on with my site that only the main page (the opening page) is OK with mobile. (Checked on Android and Windows Phone.) The other pages are not responsive, not good for mobile appearance; also the mobile navigation menu is missing from these pages.
    I see only what I see on normal computer.

    Earlier I sent the access to the site for you. I have some custom CSS, maybe something is not ok with them.

    Also still I have the problem of that right over the image slider on the opening page there is the custom-info-block (with three links) but it has no line in the bottom. Could you take a look at to this as well?

    Thank you in advance.

    Fedor

    Hi,

    The problem is not with the responsiveness on desktop if you minify the window. The problem comes up only if you use a mobile phone. If you have a phone in hand, please check my side, e.g. page of Blog! You will then see hopefully what I am saying. I cannot make screenshot about it

    Screenshot to missing line: https://mega.co.nz/#!OM52WbpB!CPTCndVW_oPnBOFO0cc8TIYycVJr5p36B-LaDCxXy9E
    Maybe it is a CSS issue. I made a new homepage last week, since then this bottom line is missing.

    Thank you.

    Fedor

    Did you made some changes in style.css of the main theme?
    Try to disable custom.css file in Theme Options->Custom CSS. Also try disabling plugins one by one
    and check pages after that.

    Regards,
    Robert Hall.

    Hi,

    No I used only custom CSS. Also yesterday I updated to 2.4.1, so the original theme must be OK.I switched back the custom CSS now to have the yellowish color on the page – I usually make testing in the nights when there is no traffic – that is why.

    Regarding the missing line what is your opinion?

    Regards,
    Fedor
