    Hi Team,

    I did a WP installation and uploaded my XStore theme to it successfully. When i tried to activate my theme by providing item purchase code, i got API Request Call Failure error. I asked my service provider to upgrade OpenSSL to 1.0 which they rejected because i am in a shared hosting.

    OpenSSL verion in that server is 0.9.8y.

    Can you please help me out with an alternate to activate this theme ASAP?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, OpenSSL 0.9.8 doesn’t support either TLS 1.1 or 1.2, and this support cannot be added. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask what they can offer you to solve this issue. Because we can do nothing, I’m very sorry.
