  I am trying to apply the FIXED: Stored XSS vulnerability in slide and mega menu screenshot previews Patch. but it errors out with: unauthorized access.

  I tried to refresh our license but then I get the API request call error. Response code – 500

  Hello @YvonneApex,

  Unfortunately, we were unable to log in to your dashboard to perform the necessary checks due to the two-step authorization feature (a screenshot is attached in the private content). Could you please temporarily disable this feature on your website?

  Also, the FTP access you provided is not correct.
