Hello! So I need to use JetFilters and since I couldn’t edit the sidebar of the template shop page, I created a new one from. But when I change in WooCommerce settings the old shop page (template) to the new shop page (mine), it applies the template and destroys my Elementor page.

So I need any of these:
    – Learn how to edit the sidebar of the template shop to add my own Filters (JetFilters)
    – Change the WooCommerce Shop Page without applying the template

    Hello, Valleros,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your query regarding the use of JetFilters on your WooCommerce shop page. We understand the importance of having a fully functional and customized shop page, and we’re here to assist you in achieving that.

To address your concerns, let’s explore both options you’ve mentioned:

    1. Editing the Sidebar of the Template Shop Page:
To edit the sidebar and add your own filters using JetFilters, you would typically need to navigate to the Widgets section in your WordPress dashboard. From there, you can add the JetFilters widget to the designated sidebar area for the shop page.

    2. Changing the WooCommerce Shop Page Without Applying the Template:
If you prefer to use your custom Elementor page as the shop page without the WooCommerce default template being applied, you can create a new page with Elementor and design it as you wish. Once you have your page ready, instead of changing the WooCommerce shop page in the settings, you can use a custom link to direct users to your new Elementor page. This way, you can bypass the default shop page settings and maintain your custom design.

Or use Elementor Archive Builder for the default WooCommerce Shop page – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/191-xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor

If you encounter any difficulties or require further assistance with either of these methods, please do not hesitate to contact woocommerce support directly – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

JetFilters can’t be added as widget. I would need to edit that sidebar or page with Elementor, something I’ve already tried and I X-Store doesn’t let you.

If I apply solution number 2, when someone is on a Product Single Page and return to the shop, it would be redirected to the Default Shop Page in WordPress, right?

    Hello, Valleros,

1/ We kindly request that you conduct a test to assess the functionality of your site when the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront, is activated. Should you determine that the issue persists regardless of the theme used, we advise you to reach out to the support teams at JetFilters and WooCommerce for further assistance.

Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

2/ You are right. In this case, please try to use Elementor Archive Builder for the default WooCommerce Shop page – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/191-xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor
