  Hello,

  Please clarify where you want to create an anchor.
  What item should be clicked to move to a certain section of a page?
  Also give permissions to view all settings in wp-admin panel.

  In our footer we have delivery and easy returns that should point to different sections in the same page.

  Hello,

  To get workable anchor links you need add to section, some block with ID like <div id="anchor"></div>then add link like <a href="#anchor"></a> which will be send to your section above.
