“Analytics” not loading when XStore Core plugin is activated

Analytics will not load when XStore Core plugin is activated. Analytics will load when XStore Core plugin is deactivated. Error reads “TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘call’)” Screenshot of error attached.

I am logged into my WordPress, checked again, and I am still getting the error message from the original issue. Analytics will not load with XStore Core plugin activated. I am not sure why it would work for you, but not for me. It is still not loading on my end.

It is unable to load on any of the subcategories listed under Analytics (Overview, Products, Coupons, Taxes, etc.)

Do you use the Chrome browser? Have you tried to clear the cache of the browser?

Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes > Install the Storefront – default WooCommerce theme for testing).

Yes, I’m using the Chrome browser. I just tried using the Microsoft Edge browser and Analytics works; so it looks like Chrome is the issue. Is there a browser you recommend that is most compatible with Xstore and WordPress?

Therefore, we kindly suggest updating your browser to the latest version or trying to disable any additional extensions that might be affecting its performance.
