An issue with configuring the wishlist in my shop

Hello,

I have an issue with configuring the wishlist. All links lead to the URL: /my-account/?et-wishlist-page – however, at this link, I only see what’s shown in the photo: a box with products that are not currently in the wishlist. This box appears to be a recommended products section. Why can’t I see the products on the wishlist? Where can I optimize the appearance of the wishlist?
