An issue by using WPBakery Grid builder - by Mikhail

Hello, the pictures of products are not shown If I choose the design for products on the shop pages created using WPBakery Grid builder. Please help me with that issue.

Hello,

Provide link to page where you are using the WPBakery grid builder. Also, provide temporary Dashboard and FTP access to your site.

I’ve chosen the custom product template in Theme options created using Grid builder named “My test grid”. But you see, that no one product image is shown, just titles. Here are the access to the site.

Hello,

You did not add any content to the area where you used product image as background.
So, either add content there, empty space at least http://prntscr.com/nuj1ds or use Product Image element instead of the background http://prntscr.com/nuj2qf

P.S. Also, I would suggest you to edit images before uploading them for your products and make them all the same size, for example, 1000×1500. Then your grid will look nice and images won’t be cropped.
