Hello,

Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme and test if you have the same problem when the default WooCommerce theme is activated. Keep in mind that widgets could be messed up after switching and you will need to place them back once enable XStore again.
Let me know if you have the mentioned issue with payment when the default theme is activated.

I reinstalled wordpress — Install xtore theme — Activate theme — Configure woocommerce — Create cash on delivery and free delivery

Payment is ok. No error

For the old theme, I modified some of the menu information and currency!

Then I will reinstall the theme now???

Question 2:

On the product page, the product is added to the shopping cart.

The product page will reopen, and the new theme will be the same

Hello,

1) Do you mean that you made some modification in parent theme files before? Does everything work fine if you use the original XStore theme? Because you were not very clear in your message.

2) Don’t understand your question. Do you want to add the product to cart using Ajax without page refresh after adding to the cart? Could you, please, provide link to your site in the Private content area?

Hello,

We have Ajax add to cart for the simple products. Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product > enable Ajax add to cart for the single products.
