Hello,

We just developed a website with woocommerce but we have a problem in the output.

We have a limit of 50 euros to have free shipping. So, when you buy something that costs 51 you have free shipping, but the problem is that in this case also appears the option to pay 6 euros.

You must pay the 6 euros just if your amount is less than 50€. So, do you know how to remove the 6€ option when you have free shipping? I’ll show you in a screenshot. And also I give you the link of the website.

Hello,

These settings relate to woocommerce plugin, all information about default shipping you can find here – https://docs.woocommerce.com/documentation/plugins/woocommerce/getting-started/shipping/
I suppose you may use some 3-rd party plugin to achieve needed functionality, for example, Table Rate Shipping plugin https://woocommerce.com/products/table-rate-shipping/ – https://prnt.sc/fua3wf or another one.
