I purchased your theme, after installing the them I try to install the plugins.
I can’t install the plugin Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer, appears “not compatible header”
However when I installed woocommerce it appeared “Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 431480 bytes) in /home/holiveira/public_html/sanelkit.com/wp-admin/includes/admin.php on line 43 “, know i don’t have access to the backend.
Can you help?
Thank you
Hello,
In this case you need to increase the values of memory_limit.

Robert Hall.
Thank you for your help, I have talk to my host and they are looking.
I also can’t install the plugin Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer, it appears erro and the message “not compatible header”. It is also the same memory problem?
Best regards.
Hello,
I don’t have acess to wp-admin, it still says “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 431480 bytes)”
I have talk to my host provider you said I already have 64mb, I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to install the theme and woocommerce.
Best regards

Best regards

Hello,
As I see your memory_limit is still 64 MB.
Also you need to increase the values of upload_max_filesize and post_max_size.

Robert Hall.
Very similar so. Also about Requirements is described in our documentation.

That makes no sense, the plugin erro says it’s with the header and not with 128mb.
In the documentation you recommend 64mb and not 128mb.
In the themeforrest store where I bought the theme there isn´t an indication of 128mb necessary.
Hello,
You can leave 64 MB for memory_limit but the more memory is the better.
In the documentation our recommend is Upload_max_filesize no less than 20M.
Also the same size will be better for post_max_size.
