All XStore Demos Missing Components After Import – Urgent Help Needed

Dear XStore Support Team,

I’m using XStore (version 9.3.5, WooCommerce 9.8.2) for my e-commerce site, fudlo.com, but every demo I import (e.g., Market Orange, Organic, Fashion Minimal) has missing components like product grids, sliders, and banners. The pages don’t match the demo previews at all. I’ve tried the following troubleshooting steps:

Cleared cache (LiteSpeed Cache) and optimized my database.

Ensured server settings meet requirements (PHP 8.2, memory_limit: 256M, max_execution_time: 300s).

Deactivated third-party plugins to avoid conflicts.

Reset WordPress and re-imported demos, but the issue persists.

Can you please help me fix this? I need a fully functional demo for my restaurant supply store. I can provide temporary admin access if needed—just let me know how to share it securely.

Before proceeding with the import, please ensure that all third-party plugins are disabled. If this does not resolve the issue, we would be happy to assist you with the import process. In order to do so, we kindly request temporary wp-admin access and URL of the desired demo version.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
