All customers experiencing failed attempt to add product to cart

    Hi,

    We’re not sure what’s going on, and we haven’t added any functionality to our website lately, but for some reason, when customers add a product (any product) by clicking the add to cart button, the off-canvas shopping cart says, nothing in shopping cart. Customers have to shift-F5 to refresh the page to see an updated shopping cart. This seriously impacts our sales. Can you please have a look?

    -EDIT-
    As a temporary solution, our developer has disabled the Ajax add to cart functionality, so that people who add a product to the cart immediately go to checkout. Obviously this isn’t a perfect solution, but it does buy us some time

    Hello @Bas Kling,

    Could you please provide us with more details about the changes made to your website that may have caused this issue? For example, did you update the theme, modify any settings, or did your developer make changes to the child theme?

    Additionally, please attach some screenshots of the settings you temporarily disabled so that we can re-enable them on our test site.
