Hello I have installed you theme and a very strange query is being produced:

SELECT * FROM wp_comments which causes memory exhaustion in my webserver.

I’ve switched to default theme and this is not happening. Could you please specify where this query is being produced?

    Hello,

    Sorry for a delay.
After checking we’ve found that one of the plugins Decent Comments, Simple Local Avatars may cause that issue.
Try to deactivate them and re-check.
Also the plugin W3 Total Cache may help you to get rid of that query.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

Hello again this is not correct because before I’ve sent you this I’ve deactivated all of plugins and switched to default theme and the problem wasn’t solved.

This is being produced by your theme. Please I need a specific answer/ solution to my problem that is why we’ve paid extra for support.

    Hello,

Do you mean when you switched to default WordPress theme (Twenty Sixteen) you got the same issue?

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

Please contact your hosting provider support and ask them to increase the following PHP settings:
    – post_max_size to 64M;
    – upload_max_filesize to 64M.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.

Did it and again blank screen. I want to edit this query not to increase PHP settings….It is not normal to fetch all comments in a page…

    Hello,

    Sorry for a delay.
Could you please show a screenshot of the problem?
What hosting provider are you using? Is it shared server or VPS?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

I don’t believe that this has to do with the server. Do you believe it is correct all comments to be loaded in every page? I don’t want this query to happen.

For 13 days we are trygin to explain to you that we need 2 things:

    1) Where this query is being loaded?
    2) How this can be limited? e.g. example SELECT * FROM wp_comments LIMIT 0,20

I am expecting answers for 2 things above. No other answer will be accepted.

PS: VPS 4 GB RAM, 2 CPUs and SSD

    Hello,

Our comments aren’t loading to all pages, only on single posts, single product and project. Other pages have comments if there is Recent comments widget or the same VC element.
At first you wrote http://prntscr.com/e0i981 , and then http://prntscr.com/e0i57r .
So, do you have problem with default WordPress theme (Twenty Sixteen, for example)?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
