I have 10 main product categories on my site, but the widget displays only 9. Although the category that is not displayed contains products.
This happens only in the category widget.

    Hello,

It is possible that the cause of this is related to cached data.

We kindly recommend clearing the cache after making changes to products and categories. This includes clearing WooCommerce-related caches, which can be found in the following section:

    WooCommerce > Status > Tools

Please ensure you clear the following fields:
    – WooCommerce transients
    – Expired transients
    – Term counts
    – Brands transients

If you continue to experience any issues after performing these steps, please provide us URL of the page with the mentioned widget.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello, Denurade,

Please note that a category will only be displayed if it contains at least one product that is available for purchase. If there are no purchasable products within a category, it will not be shown. This is due to the way the category filter widget is designed—it only displays categories with products that can be bought.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

There are products on sale in this category, I have attached a link.
I also changed the name of one of the categories. but it didn’t change in the widget.
I cleaned the cache, regenerated the css. Nothing helped.

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, Denurade,

We have noticed that the corresponding category has already appeared in the filter widget. Kindly check and confirm on your end.

Updates to this widget take a long time to happen. I understand that this is a problem with the cache. But I’ve disabled cache completely in the elementor, but it doesn’t help.
