I attached a screenshot of privacy settings in woocommerce but can’t find where to enable the checkbox that the user will tick before paying to agree to the privacy policy.

Hello, James,

It’s not related to our theme, the WooCommerce plugin does not have checkboxes there by default, only displays registration privacy policy text, you can enable the Storefront theme (The Official WooCommerce Theme https://woocommerce.com/storefront/ ) and check https://prnt.sc/z7jeyg So, contact WooCommerce support if you want to submit feature request about this https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
