AJAX SKU search results ok -> hit enter -> no results

Hello,

i have a product with sku “bristol”, if i search for it i get the correct ajax result.

But when i press enter (or on the search icon) to show the search results, there are no results? There should also be the one result which the ajax search for “bristol” shows.

Do you use the latest version of XStore Core plugin? https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update
Is there this problem with parent theme or with child one only?
Please provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

I have the newest version 1.1.8 of the core plugin.

The problem also exists with the parent theme.

Hello,

The problem is caused by WOOF – WooCommerce Products Filter plugin. Go to settings of the plugin > Extensions > uncheck Searching by Text, because there is a conflict between our search functionality and search of the plugin.
We don’t give guarantee for full theme compatibility with all 3rd party plugins.
