Topic: Ajax Search – Doesn’t Show Product all the time.

Hi!
I hope all is well.
Have a strange one, when i put in a part number in the search for example:
TZ263B2070-01
It shows the product in the ajax dropdown.
If i click View All results, it then shows “No Products Where Found”
Do you know what could be causing this?

Hello,
SKU should be unique. If product titles and SKU are the same, the search can not work correctly, because it cause a conflict. There is no ready solution, unfortunately, so disable the search by SKU via Theme Options.
