Ajax product tabs don’t show variable products

Not sure if it’s supposed to or not, but the ajax product tabs work fine with regular products but won’t show variable products. I couldn’t find anything as to whether or not it should.

Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
If the problem is independent of plugins, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

Provide temporary FTP access also. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

We need correct FTP access – FTP host, FTP username, and FTP password.
Contact your hosting provider and ask for FTP host, FTP username, and FTP password.

We are using FileZilla and was able to connect, but FTP directory is empty – https://prnt.sc/1vy494y
Please check the destination folder of our user, we need access to your WP installation.

Fixed by disabling variation gallery option (it looks like you do not use it on products).
