    Hi there,

I have the site up and running, but the commerce portion is not working at all.

The taxes and shipping do not auto-calculate as they should. Everything shows as a flat rate and then, once you go through the checkout process there is an ajax error after inputting all of your payment information. I have an image of the error if needed.

If I could figure out why I am experiencing these errors that would be greatly appreciated so I can begin using my website.

    Thanks.

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello,

Please provide screenshot of the problem.
Also, check if you have the same problem with default woocommerce theme – Storefront.
Have you tried to disable third-party plugin?

    Regards

Do I have to disable the entire theme to test that? I purchased legenda to have the woocommerce portion with it.

I have not tried to disable every plugin to go through the entire checkout process to see if it works.

    Hello,

    1) You need to check if the problem is related to the theme or not. We’ll be able to help you only if the problem is caused by theme files. But if the problem appears not just when our theme is activated but even with the default WooCommerce theme Storefront we can do nothing because then the problem is caused by other files that we can’t edit. And you will need to contact WooCommerce plugin support in this case. So, it’s better for you to go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront and check. Then you’ll be able to contact the right person to solve the problem ASAP. We can’t help with the default WC plugin problems because we are not plugin developers.
    2) Do you have this problem only when you use the mobile device or even on the desktop?
    3) Are you logged in or not? If you are not logged in then do you use guest checkout or create the account option?

    Regards
