    Hi,

    Since your fix for the tabs on the single product page (ticket 296817) there have been 3 updates. The fix should have been included in the update. However, we have again the same tabs issue.

    This is getting really, really bad!!!! We just realized the issue because we investigated a relapse in revenue, which means our customers are not being served the right information to purchase. This is not why we signed up for Xstore!!

    Hello,

    Do you mean that different single product templates do not display different tabs?
    Provide us with links to products that have different tabs in content, please, to check the issue again. Because once I updated the theme to version 8.0.5 I don’t see problem with the tabs content if it’s enabled in the single product settings.

    As a quick patch on the wound, we’ve disabled 1 tab and consolidated product information of different product types (collections) in 1 tab. All relevant single product page templates still have 4 tabs, all with relevant product information respective to the collection it belongs to.

    Examples in private.

    The problem is supposed to be fixed in et-core-plugin/app/models/customizer/builder/class-customize-builder.php and included in the next theme update (now 2 updates ago I assume, as we skipped 2 and updated to the last in 1 go)

    Hello,

    Ok. But what’s the problem? If I check these products and if you choose the different custom tab content for every product template in builder settings then it displays different tabs content on the frontend. For example 1 https://prnt.sc/1qd4ee1 and 2 https://prnt.sc/1qd4eq5

    We have issues replicating the issue on external machines, although our systems in the home office still have issues viewing all the tabs. So this must be a local caching problem we seem unable to fix. In any case, the online version must be okay.

    Please take my apologies. We’ll troubleshoot the caching issue on our end.
