Hello,
I have updated to the latest version available and now it doesn’t show the images in woocommerce-product-gallery__image when you select them with the mouse, it doesn’t change the image.
On the checkout page, the “Shipping” field has been moved to the top, when it should be down at the same height as the shipping cost that should be on the right.
All this has emerged after updating the theme and the xstore core plugin to the latest version.
Can you help us solve it, please?
Thank you very much
Hello,
Thanks for using our XStore.
What theme version did you use before this update?
Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/Plugins/Included_Plugins , and check how the gallery works then.
Let us know the result.
Provide temporary FTP access, also.
Regards
Hello,
We update from 6.3.9 to 7.0.1 and today we have updated to 7.0.2
We have deactivated all the plugins except those that come included with Xstore (Slider Revolution, WooCommerce, WPBakery Page Builder, XStore Core and YITH WooCommerce Wishlist) and the problem of images in variable products we have detected that it is a conflict with the YITH WooCommerce Badge plugin Management Premium.
However, the cart problem from our previous message:
On the checkout page, the “Shipping” field has been moved to the top, when it should be down at the same height as the shipping cost that should be on the right.
Still broken, only with xstore plugins.
Before updating xstore it looked correctly like this:
Can you help us solve it, please?
Thank you very much
Hello,
1) Gallery issue is related to YITH WooCommerce Badge Management Premium plugin. It does not support the custom slider that we use for the gallery. We have disabled our gallery and enabled the default one. Check now.
2) Check now.
