    Hi there,

It looks like the theme is not displaying correctly.

    1. Home Page > Best Seller “Add to Cart” button is not align correctly anymore.

    2. Single Product Page, as you can see all the sub-pictures are showing vertically along with the Main Picture as it was shown as thumbnail before.

    Please advise.

    Best Regards.

    Hello,

    1. You’re using old plugins versions. Please update them. You can download the latest versions here:
    https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/

    2. I’ve enabled slider for gallery in Theme Options > Single Product Page > Enable slider for gallery images > On. Please check single product pages now.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

As I see no slider was found in WP Dashboard > Revolution Slider. You need recreate it.
And then select it in your home page editor for “Show revolution slider instead of breadcrumbs and page title” field in the “Page Layout” box.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hi there,

    1. Do I have to create again a slider for this?

    2. I already done doing that, now I was looking for it.

    3. So every time I will update my plugin do I have to recreate a slider again?

    4. It was there before, why would I recreate it again?

Please advise. I am really so unhappy now that this would happen if ever any update available to the plugin. 🙁

    Hello,

as we can see – you do not have any sliders left. Have you done any backup before update?
You do not need to recreate sliders for Revolution slider on plugin or theme update.
Sliders do not disappear on Revolution slider update. How did you update this plugin? Were there any WordPress or FTP errors during update?

    Regards,
    Stan Russell.

    Hello,

    1. What I did is just that I deactivate the plugin, delete and install the new one, that’s it.

    2. That is why so strange to me that I cannot see it anymore that you said it will not disappear.

    3. How to recover or find my slider?

    PLease advise.

    Hello,

That’s the reason why slider disappeared. You should never delete the plugin, just overwrite the existing plugin folder in wp-content/plugins directory via FTP.
So in this case now you have to recreate your slider or ask your hosting provider for back up and restore your site files and database.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,

I restored it now back to where it was.

    Hello,

The issue with map was fixed this way: edited the theme-functions.php and added this code wp_enqueue_script('googleapis'); in line 46.
To fix “Add To Cart” button alignment sidebar was disabled in the page editor.
Regarding errors in PHPMyAdmin you need contact your hosting provider.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
