After update phone mode don't working

    Hi,

    After update, in phone browser not working anymore as before. Problem I have in single product window, sometimes loading sometimes not load or load only pictures but no description nor any other info. Also after update and on desktop stop working quick view.

    As for your mentioned issue is concerned kindly check your website with default plugin and deactivate all 3rd party plugin one by one and then check your website it might be possible some 3rd party plugin create a conflict with this theme package.

    Hi Robert

    Before I submitting any tickets i try fix all problems by self, before update xstore it works perfect. And today I decided to finally upgrade xtore to 7.2.6
    and after update this stop wok. Also i try disable all plugins. only don’t disable Elementor . So it looks not plugins problem. Please help because I don’t know what else to do

    But still have issues with single product window for phone/tablet.

    Thanks for the reply.
    What browser do you use? I’ve checked a few products via Chrome on mobile and all works fine. Please clear cache of your mobile browser and check one more time then. Do you have this problem with a particular product or on all products randomly?

    Yes it works, its because I spent 5 hours yesterday to try fix, not sure how i did it but all i tried is all the settings in xstore on/off, and somehow everything is back. now the only problem i have quick view option disappeared even though it is turned on it not show in shop.

    Could you provide temporary wp-admin access?
    Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

    Hi,

    Also 3 more problems, the updates just full of problems did.

    1. Website slow (before update it was better)
    2. In single page related product full screen (please see video attached)
    3. open picture and close need 2 times (please see video attached)

    Hello,

    Download etheme.min.js from this page https://dropmefiles.com/YxjCd and reupload it into wp-content/themes/xstore/js folder via FTP. Then clear all cache and check Quick view.

    1) In this update, wasn’t added anything that may slow down the site. Read this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/ Disable unrequired plugins, optimize images, ask for help from your hosting provider.
    2) Any of your plugins use lazy loading for images?
    3) Edit a page using Elementor > http://prntscr.com/10gz33f > http://prntscr.com/10gz3ct > http://prntscr.com/10gz3na > Image Lightbox > Off

    Update:

    1: I have accelerated a little , continue to work and try to improve. after full amendment i will update you or everything Speeds

    2: i don’t understand how but that problem is gone (or it could be because I uploaded a new file? etheme.min ?

    Please provide temporary FTP access, so we can check the situation of Quick view more deeply. If you do not know how to create temporary FTP access contact your hosting provider, they will help you.
